Order terms
Placing an order
Choose your meals and a published pickup or delivery time, then pay securely online. Online orders are placed when payment is verified. Cash-on-pickup requests remain unpaid until REGVORA records the cash received. Contact REGVORA to arrange collection.
Pack size and minimum
Each pack’s weight is shown on the menu and at checkout. Orders start at four paid packs, with recipes mixed as you choose. The opening prize draw is separate from paid orders and no purchase is required to enter. Box names or quantities do not determine your dog’s daily feeding needs.
Prices and delivery
Prices are in Australian dollars. Current per-pack prices are shown on the menu and at checkout. Your selected recipes determine the meal subtotal. Delivery fees and the available pickup or delivery times are shown before payment.
Changes or cancellation
Contact REGVORA promptly with your order reference if you need to change or cancel. Availability depends on whether preparation has begun. Your applicable consumer rights are not excluded by these terms.
Opening promotion
Upload a photo of your dog and optionally share your story on the opening-draw page. Provide your email and mobile for private contact. After entries close, 10 eligible dogs are selected at random; each winner receives one complimentary 100g fresh-food trial pack. Winners must place an order through the REGVORA website. REGVORA will contact winners by email or phone. The 1 × 100g free fresh-food trial pack accompanies that order’s delivery or pickup; it is not delivered separately. Entering does not guarantee a prize, and story quality does not influence the random selection. Dates and full rules are shown on the entry page. Public sharing consent is collected separately from optional draw participation.

We make no unverified certification, nutritional-adequacy or health-benefit claims. Tell us about dietary requirements before ordering. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free kitchen.
