Can I mix recipes?+

Absolutely. Mix any of our three recipes, with a minimum of four paid packs per order. Our opening prize draw is separate from ordering; no purchase is required to enter.

When will my meals be made?+

The available production date is shown at checkout using Melbourne local time. Orders after cut-off move to the next available batch. Production dates are confirmed with your order.

Where do you deliver?+

We offer delivery around Oakleigh and to Melbourne CBD. Enter your address when ordering; we confirm availability, delivery fees and the delivery window before you pay. Pickup in Oakleigh is also available.

Are four packs two days of food?+

Not necessarily. The current weight per pack is shown beside each price. How long a box lasts depends on your dog’s individual feeding needs; the box size is not a feeding recommendation.

What goes into a REGVORA recipe?+

Our recipes combine meat or fish with vegetables, organ meats and added vitamins and minerals. Each ingredient is weighed to a fixed recipe. Explore each meal’s ingredient overview, and contact us if your dog has specific dietary requirements.

How do I store the meals?+

Keep chilled and follow the use-by and storage instructions on the pack.
